Interpretive Nature Walks
The forests and tidal zones that surround Alder Bay host are home to an abundance of wildlife! From Bald Eagles to Sea Anemones, Fungi to Lichen, our naturalists will show you an ecosystem you may never have known existed. The land and waters around the northern coast of Vancouver Island are some of the most abundant anywhere in the world and whilst we tend to focus on the bigger animals, the real story for survival is happening right underneath our feet!
This may be the most popular tour for young children, but it's usually the adults that are wishing the tour was longer when it ends!
